Research Focus
I am primarily interested in romantic relationships, sexual health, and quality of life among couples in a variety of communities and populations (e.g., marriage and change among religious groups). I am also interested in research and writing on psychotherapy—especially couple therapy and group therapy—and related interventions. I regularly present and write on integrative systemic therapy, and on attachment versus differentation theories as applied to couple therapy.
